Key Stages
Once you have instructed Wills & Probate Solutions Ltd to prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney, we will send you our client care letter. This letter gives you the information about who you will be dealing with and our fixed fee. Also included is the LPA Gatherer questionnaire for you to complete. Once this has been returned to us, drafts will be prepared an sent to you within one week of receipt, together with the Instructions and Preferences guidelines from the Office of the Public Guardian.
It is then up to you to come back to us with questions, errors or omissions; amended drafts will be sent to you within one week. This process will continue until you have confirmed that the draft(s) is/are correct. We will then prepare the engrossments for signing and either arrange a time to meet with you to sign them, or post them to you, with clear instructions as to how they should be signed to ensure their validity.

For two documents: £450 + OPG Registration Fee of £184 = £634
For four documents: £900 + OPG Registration Fee of £368 = £1268
